I used to be a scrap fabric.
This is a wrap top with the back piece coming around to the front to be tied, and the front piece wraps to the back with two ties to then secure the top shut. The ruffle is meant to fall down asymmetrically. The top is fully lined.
NOTE: because it is a wrap top it's adjustable, the measurements are the smallest it can fit
