I used to be a scrap fabric.
This top is a sleeveless, hip length top with side slits and a fit and flare silhouette to accentuate your figure. It closes with four ties, one at the neck and the other three around the bust and waist area. The ties make the fit a bit more versatile. You can wear it very fitted, or a bit loose with simple adjustments to the ties.
The fabric is a crinkly cotton so these are the measurements when it's relaxed.
